Under the bonnet of new Picanto GT-Line has the same engine as its previous variant Picanto S. A 62kW/122Nm 1.25-litre four-cylinder petrol engine is good enough to run in the city. What is the absent is there is no manual transmission variant of new Picanto GT-Line.
Kia officially claims that the new Picanto has the mileage of 5.8L/100km where there are different opinions on that. The good thing is it has a 35L fuel tank which means you won't have to spend much at the pump. Despite small engine, it is capable of carrying up to 1010L by folding the rear seats down.
